TO ORDER: Before you complete the registration form you will need to have the following information:

1. Your BT Account Number which may be found on your last bill from us.
2. A Billing Number (a telephone number to which your Inbound Services are charged).
3. Your e-mail address (we will use this to contact you when the order has been processed).

To complete the online registration, please select whether you are a new customer to this application, or an existing customer wishing to request changes.

Please note that this form is ONLY for ordering BT Inbound Architect.

When you have done this our Technical Centre will open your account and commence delivery of your reports. This will take up to two working days to complete. You will then be sent an e-mail detailing how to access the application.
